The cabin is nice, however the sewer gas smell on the first floor near the bathroom is rough. We ended up leaving a day early - we went to go fishing for our honeymoon, but the water was flooding everything and we were not able to be outside. TV on the main level works, but none of the 3 remotes turned the volumne down, so we weren't able to watch since it was way too high.

Beautiful cabin with a serene setting. There were the most gorgeous daffodils blooming. We took our College students from WVU there to celebrate the Easter weekend. They were able to play in the creek Sunday but due to Sunday nights storm, the water was raining and covered most of the clouds they walked on. I really want to go back when the rhododendrons are blooming!

It was sublime. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right besides the beautiful stream. We were sad that the weather wasn't nicer while we were there so that we could enjoy the outdoor spaces more. However, we cozied up inside with the fireplace going, which was also lovely. Place is very clean and was the perfect Pittsburgh getaway for us with our dog. Will definitely want to come back here.

The cottage was as described. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so prospective occupants must be able to negotiate stairs. The bathroom is on the 1st level with a low-barrier shower. The cottage is spacious and clean. The outdoor spaces include a very large patio with outdoor furniture and fire pit, deck off of the house with a hot tub, and the joyful sounds of a robust stream beside the house. It may be best to arrive in daylight as one must drive approximately 1 mile on the dirt road to reach the house. Parking is beside the house in a level gravel lot. This is a lovely home in a beautiful environment.
