Brendan is great and his place is in a safe neighborhood, it is a bit worn in, but not dirty or uncomfortable, you are getting what you expect for the price point . It's perfect if you need a safe place in a quiet neighborhood with good amenities.

Brendan's apartment is worth a check, I hadn't slept so well in an Airbnb before with those amazing pillows and bedsheets! He was really quick at responding our queries always helpful in any way he could be. The price was good for two people in two different room and I would book again next time we are in Austin. Thanks, Brendan!
