Lovely spacious apartment with all you could need in a great location close to the BART station as well as a vibrant area full of great restaurants. Communication from Matthew was amazing throughout.

I stayed in Matthew’s AirBnb for 12 weeks this summer and had a great stay! Matthew was always incredibly helpful and responsive and would typically come within 24 hours to tend to any requests/issues (all of which were minor). Also a great location with a BART stop right nearby to easily get you downtown within a 20 min commute. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term or long term stay!

Fantastic location in the mission. Walking distance to great food, coffee and shopping. The area felt safe and just populated enough. Matthew was very responsive and friendly to the requests and questions I had during my 5 week stay.

Beware, the space is much much older than how it appears in pictures. The furniture is stained and the walls are peeling. The worst thing is that there are ants. No matter how clean we kept it (never left food out, immediate, clorox wiped surfaces after eating, took out trash daily), the ants kept coming. Not only were there ants in the kitchen, there were also ants in the bathroom. Mathew was responsive at the beginning when I arrived and realized the cleaners did not do a good job cleaning (i.e. there was dog food scattered in the kitchen drawers, dishes in the dish washer, and opened bottles of alcohol in the cabinets), and he had someone come same day to clean again. However, two weeks into the stay, the house next door started renovating and we were woken up by jackhammering. The renovations are expected to continue until August 2022 and we were never made aware. When we reached out to Matthew he ignored my messages. The place is fine for a weekend stay if you don't plan on being in the house, but I wouldn't recommend anything longer.
