Location: area feels a bit in the middle of nowhere, but we were prepared for it and rented a car. No extra noise from DWC airport was a surprise. Small mall with groceries is in just 10 mins walking distance. 30-40 mins of driving to any Dubai’s beach. Closer to 50 mins to Dubai downtown and about an hour to DXB airport. Building and apartment: clean, quite new and well maintained. Everything is like on the photos. Swimming pool was on renovation during our stay and we found out about that only after check-in. We got a nice discount because of it, but it’s still worth double checking about pool’s maintenance schedule with the host in advance if it’s really important for you.

- The appartment was as described,clean and well furnished. - easy to check in. - full amenities are there and i good condition (utensils, pots, cups,...etc) - Netflix subscription is available which is a good thing. Plus lots of local channels. - area is Emmar south, which is good, and community is great. - only major draw back i see is the appartment is too far from city center, no public transportation near by, if you have a car it will take around 45~50 min drive to city center (Dubai mall, burj khalifa... Etc), if you don't mind driving this could be a great option compared to price. - minor drawback the building design where the building balconies are close to each other where you will have a clear view to the inside of the appartments.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Although the location is a little out of Dubai it was perfect for our needs as we moved between villas. The area is ideal for children with lots of parks and green areas. Deluxe Homes were great at communicating and helped solved any issues that arose. We was concerned about the beds due to previous reviews however improvements have been made and we all found the bed very comfortable. Overall this is a pleasant apartment in a nice area with good amenities surrounding it. We would stay again!

The host was absolutely great. The apartment was great as well, quiet neighborhood, perfect for the family The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center but if you have a car it's not an issue.
