If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! The Guest House is a cozy **450** square ft. It is best suited for 2, but can sleep 4. Please don't ask us if you can bring additional guests or have visitors to the property, 4 is the limit! Our home is inspected and sprayed for insects by professional exterminators. We are on a lake, so if you don't close the doors back especially at night, bugs could/will fly in. Our property is HILLY. There is steps by the guest house, they go down to the fire pit and lake. You must climb stairs or walk in the grass to access both of these. We are a seasonal Airbnb March-November Our cottage is stocked with many items that you may need during your stay. Kitchen: Ketchup, Mayonnaise, mustard, Coffee, Coffee Creamer, Sugar, Paper Towels, Salt, Pepper, Oil, Foil, Trash Bags, Dish Soap, Hand Soap and Cleaner. Bathroom: Toilet Paper, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Q-Tips, Cotton Balls and Hand Soap. Laundry: Laundry Detergent.
