A separate entry will lead you to a living room, dinning area, a huge bedroom with bathroom. The second bedroom is upon request on the second floor, through a spiral staircase. It also has its own bathroom. The whole unit is separated from our living area, as we live on the other side of the house. Cat allergy alert: We have two cats. You have a dry kitchen: fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee maker with basic kitchen supplies. You also can use the patio and the grill. Beautiful spacious space in a peaceful setting. This place is ideal if you come to a campus visit, or just want a tranquil weekend. Enjoy the fireplace and birdwatching from the living room in the winter, or our magical garden in the summer. If you like kayaking, you can use my kayak at the Nodaway county lake, that is my very favorite place to visit. There is enough parking space for your boat. The campus and the downtown just seven minutes from us.
