We had a lovely stay here visiting local areas. It was easy to park the car nearby and the hot tup and balcony were a real treat after a long day. Would definitely recommend to others. Julie

Abbiamo viaggiato con un bimbo di un anno e mezzo in cerca di tranquillità ed è esattamente quello che abbiamo trovato. La casa è perfetta per una coppia in cerca di relax, la jacuzzi posizionata di fianco al terrazzino che guarda i colli è una vera chicca. Camera grande e pulita, come tutto il resto della casa, esperienza sicuramente molto positiva.

I decided to book this place based on its appealing appearance and positive reviews, but my expectations were shattered. Upon returning to the place on my first night, I noticed a few bugs in the bathroom. Upon closer inspection, I realized it wasn't just the bathroom; the entire house was infested with bugs! Some were crawling on the bed, while others were literally dropping from the ceiling. Shocked and disgusted, I left the place in the middle of the night. I contacted airbnb support and after providing all the pics I got I received a full refund! I strongly advise staying far away from this property. The risk of encountering a persistent bug problem is too great.

This unit was in an amazing location and was the quintessential small towner experience we were hoping to get. The home was nicer than even the photos showed. Overall we enjoyed our stay, however there were a couple issues though that I would like to share for other guests: 1) The provided amenities are very bare. No soap/shampoo, limited towels initially provided, very minimal cooking supplies (no salt, very little coffee, no measuring cups, napkins), and no laundry detergent. No other places we stayed at during our time in Italy didn't include these things, so it was an annoyance to have to go to the store to purchase them. 2) Parking was a bit tricky. It might be just the time we were there, but the spots near the unit were full the entire time, so we had to get creative to find a parking spot. 3) After we booked we were told we had to bring $200 in cash as a breakage deposit. They ended up not asking for it, but I've never stayed at an Airbnb that required this before.

We had a wonderful stay with Giacomo! He met us at the home and was so helpful in showing us all the details of the house. The place was even better than the photos. Incredible views from all the windows. Giacomo's place is in a magical medival town set a top a hill. It is very peaceful and quiet. The locals are very friendly and we highly recommend visiting the bottega down the hill. We enioyed the spa greatly as well. We highly recommend staying here! A tip is to make sure you stay on the highway instead of taking via Della Crocina up to the town.
