We had a lovely stay at this well equipped Chincoteague cottage. It was both cozy and spacious with great space to lounge inside and outside. Wonderful kitchen with everything we needed and more.

We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, and the dining room was great for game nights. The only thing that surprised us (but is very obvious when you look at the pictures), was that the master bathroom does not have a door just a curtain - just for awareness if you are concerned with privacy. The location made it easy to access everything we wanted to hit during our visit. In warmer months, the deck looked perfect for grilling and dining outdoors.

My family and I stayed at Kathleen’s place for 5 days, and we loved it! Check-in was easy, and the cottage was beautiful. We spent some of our free time out on balconies reading or sitting at the end of the dock to enjoy the view. The furniture and the beds were comfy as well, and the kitchen had more than enough equipment to cook everything we needed.

We had a great stay. House was nice and private. Kitchen and living space were really great and stood out. Outdoor space was also really nice. Within 10 minutes from everything. Would recommend. Additionally I would add that Kathleen was a gracious host. Hurricane hit island when we were to come down and she offered us flexibility on check in. We ultimately came when we booked it but we really appreciated her checking in and offering options.
