非常棒的房子，地铁出站也不需要走很久的路，还有天台可以BBQ烤肉，房间也非常舒服，以后再来韩国有机会还会来这住的

3.5/5.00 rating. I was debating between 3 stars and 4 stars. Young and JR’s response and hospitality pushed this to 4 stars. The location is the best part about this property. It’s very close to the train station and the instructions provided made it incredibly easy, especially for someone who’s never been to Korea or used a train. The location is so close to everything in Hongdae, but it’s on a side-street that doesn’t get much foot traffic or noise. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were convenient for our family of 5. I was disappointed and felt that the pictures didn’t live up to the actual space. It wasn’t as clean as I had expected. I wouldn’t call it “dirty” as if they didn’t attempt to clean it, but by no means did I feel that it was very clean space. There are visible leak marks all over the ceiling and what looks like wall paper to cover parts up. The bed sheets have stains on them that make me wonder if they were thoroughly cleaned or not. I would prefer to stay in a hotel next

We had a great stay here! The location is great for getting around and there's so much to do in Hongdae too. It's also so close the station. The apartment was really spacious, well equipped and clean and the roof was great! The hosts were very helpful answering any questions and very responsive.
