As others have commented prior the home was very clean and tidy. Exactly as described with very friendly and accommodating hosts. Some improvements could happen to the back yard but nothing that would knock the rating I've given it. Highly recommend for guests with pets, most hosts have super tight restrictions and extra high costs associated. It's a breath of fresh air to have folks that realized the fur babies are really apart of the family and don't take advantage!

The stay with Timothy and Wrica was a delight as ever. So respectful as well. They deserve the reputation they have, and I'll be looking to them the next time I stay in Huntsville.

Timothy and Erica were gracious as always. Their property's are always above bar from what you even expect. They're attentive and have always answered our questions promptly. But best of all you can always count on them to have a great shower!!

Timothy was a great host and very responsive. We did have a few minor issues that he was quick to reply and act on. The front door lock had been continuously giving us troubles but he was on top of things with arranging for someone to look at it in a timely fashion. The house is all updated and very nice!
