Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Hans‘ Airbnb. Die Vila Carma ist wunderschön, toll eingerichtet, bietet genug Platz und Komfort und liegt in dem süßen Städtchen Ferragudo. Hans ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, freundlicher und unkomplizierter Superhost und wir haben uns sehr über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten von Hans gefreut, z.B. Eier und Orangen 🍊 Wir sind begeistert, wie schön das Haus eingerichtet ist - es ist clean, modern, stilvoll, behält dennoch den Flair eines „Fischerdörfchens“ - zum kochen ist alles da, Handtücher sind vorhanden, der Pool ist gepflegt…was will man mehr? ☀️

A beautifully furnished house with a large terrace and amazing view, lots of space for 6 of us. Very convenient location for the local village area with restaurants, bars, taxi ferry and walkable beach.

We stayed for one week in April. Villa Carma met all of our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s bigger than it looks. Very tastefully decorated. We loved the roof terrace with pool. Fully equipped kitchen to make meals if that’s what you want to do. Otherwise literally a two minute walk to the town square with good restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you like fish we would recommend A Ria, Quentin Quentinho for breakfast/lunch. Hans is a superb host, responds quickly to any questions you might have, arranged our taxi from/to the airport. Ferragudu is a very quiet fishing village with 2 sandy beaches, one is a five minute walk and the other with 3 beach bars, 15 minute walk. No shelter on beach so take your umbrella, Hans has some in the storage box on the roof terrace, as well as buckets and spades. You can get Terrys water taxi from the harbour to Portimao or Praia Rocha, best to check day before if it’s running. You can also walk to Praia do Molhe.
