Irene was very friendly and welcoming, giving us tips on where to go and what to do. The accommodation was outstanding, providing special little details from shopping bags to a jigsaw. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Wonderful apartment close to the center of town. Easy walkable access to train stations, ski lift, supermarket, restaurants and shopping. Apartment was spotless and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Irene even added an item that I requested! Irene was very friendly and easy and quick to communicate with. Highly recommend this apartment!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a fine luglio. Appartamento situato in posizione comoda, silenziosa, vicino al supermercato e a pochi minuti dal centro. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e caratteristico, in stile alpino. Ha due camere molto belle e spaziose che si affacciano su un ampio balcone. Due bagni abbastanza spaziosi (uno con doccia e uno con vasca da bagno con finestra). Cucina dotata di tutti i comfort con accessori inclusi, sala con tv (con tre canali italiani) e divano con poltrone molto comode. L’Appartamento è molto pulito e c’è il cambio di asciugamani una volta alla settimana, che è stato molto apprezzato. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Sotto la casa si trova anche lo spazio dedicato alla divisione dei rifiuti, molto apprezzato e a portata di mano. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo appartamento.

Excellent location in Kitzbuhl!. Irene and her family are super friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and spacious for a small family or 2 couples. Located on a quiet street, but only steps from restaurants, grocery store and old town. Also, easy access to the slopes, hiking or mountain biking and you have private parking right at the house. The ski boot heater/dryer is a bonus for skiers! We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic host and place to stay in Kitzbuhel! Very conveniently located only 10min walk to the Hahnenkammbahn gondola, steps away from a grocery store (Billa), bakery, and Intersport store. Very comfortable living room area and beds. All the extra blankets and pillows you could need to make it even more comfy. Kitchen is perfect for cooking a big meal to sit around the dinner table. And boot warmers in the basement are a wonderful touch as well!
