We had a wonderful time at Kevin’s place! It was well laid-out and very cozy. The kitchen had plenty of cooking materials and dish ware, which was perfect for us. The many games were also fun, we loved our stay!

My friends I had an amazing experience. The house was beautiful and full of history. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms were clean and we had everything we needed. We loved the extra table upstairs to split up our hang out locations. The deck is spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and were impressed at how easy Kevin made it for us.

This place was perfect for our group of 9. The location was excellent for access to Yellow Aster Butte and Chain Lakes Loop trails. When we were at the house, we enjoyed walking the neighborhood trail to the river and playing the board games. They had all our favorites: Splendor, Catan, Azul, Crew, and more! The North Fork Brewery had phenomenal pizza and we enjoyed chatting with the brew master. The owners have done an amazing job maintaining the history of the home - loved the “house rules”, outdoor plaque, and decorative touches that tied it all together. Kevin was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would recommend!
