This place was extremely convenient to everything we wanted in our OC vacation. Great for our family including our toddler and infant. The place was spacious and clean, with great amenities including beach chairs and tent, crab eating utensils, and fresh linens. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Overall this was a very wonderful place to stay! Very close access to the beach and boardwalk. We were able to go up and down as needed with our four small children. Rooms were described perfectly and maintained well! The only 2 issues we came across was the floors being dirty (we had to wear shoes inside so our feet weren’t dirty on the bottom), however with it being located directly on the beach and boardwalk I can assume it’s difficult to keep the floors pristine. Also, the elevator could get very busy at times and we had to wait (which with four small children can be stressful). We would absolutely stay here or any of Bob’s properties when we visit OCMD again!

Great location that is steps away from all the boardwalk has to offer with a great view to the ocean. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and try their best to accommodate earlier check in. Furniture was a little outdated but still useable. Kitchen was a perfect size. Beds were comfortable and a good size. Easy to dispose of trash in the trash room so the space can remain clean at all times however only 2 bags provided. Elevators were very slow but there were multiple elevators throughout the building. Pool area was well maintained. Great home layout for a group. Parking was assigned and secure. Carts were available to assist with check in and check out. Overall - a great group trip in a comfy and convenient home.
