Oh my!!! Where to begin… Beautiful waterfront resident with amazing views, calming lake and lots of privacy. Great location, close enough to downtown and restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy your peace and tranquility. Pictures speak for the place but that’s not all. The best part was not the beautiful room with the gorgeous view, yet it was the host and hostess who made our stay even more memorable. This was a surprise BDay getaway for my love and Lorna made it very easy from the moment I reserved the room till the end. She recommended all the great activities in the area as well as nice restaurants to dine in. We had one breakfast included in our booking. Everything at that breakfast was just upscale, tasty and PERFECT 😋 Lorna and Tom truly and genuinely enjoy meeting others and sharing their beautiful home with strangers. We are so happy that we chose to stay with them and looking very forward to our future stays. Thank you Lorna & Tom for making this experience amazing for us!🙏

Above and beyond! Lorna and Tom made us feel at home throughout the whole stay, providing recommendations of activities to do, and were always available to message. They even loaned us an iron before the wedding we were attending, so we looked presentable! We will stay here again!

Epic location, right on the lake, bed was comfy (AND LOW ENOUGH!). I never did figure out the bathtub - I usually only take showers, so bathing was ... ahem an adventure (hope I didn't get water everywhere) . I was in Smithers for work, so being out at the lake (instead of in town) wasn't as convenient as if I were on holidays, but I would recommend this stop for anyone wanting a great summer location just to chill and enjoy. And the view, especially the sunset ... yup pretty spectacular.

Amazing location and even better people if you ever need a place to stay while you’re in Smithers. Awesome views and jumping in the lake on hot day to cool you down is perfect. The homemade breakfast is to die for as well and is a perfect touch.

Es war unglaublich bei Lorna und Tom. Tolle Unterkunft und extrem sympathische und freundliche Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
