If you’ve never stayed in a She Shed, this is your best opportunity! It’s quiet, quaint, clean and close to all the fun! Only 2 miles from Renegade’s on the River. As a last minute, quick trip, found this tiny affordable gem, booked it and thankful owners accepted. I wasn’t sure where exactly to go upon arrival, because it’s located on the back side of a RV park, but I followed gps and it took me straight to the “cabin” aka She Shed. The She Shed is located within a family compound and I felt safe knowing that. The guard chicken on the porch was hilarious, along with the sweet cat, who ran into the place when I opened the door. Lol! I’m easy going and didn’t mind, still very thankful for the accommodations and the COLD AC!! The floor IS a tad unlevel, but I have a sixth sense and can feel unevenness others cannot. If you are boujie and expect perfection this is not the place for you. If you want a cool story about staying in a SHE SHED with wonderful owners, Book this!!

What a perfect little hideaway. The RV park has a gorgeous view right on lake George. The sunsets are incredible. There are beautiful peacocks on the property who greet you on the front porch of the cabin. The cabin was spotless and it has everything you need, though it is small. The bed, toilet, shower, and kitchenette sink are all in one small room. I was there with my partner and it was fine because we are comfortable with each other but just think about that if you share the space with someone. Just a curtain between the toilet and the bed. Janette was a great hostess. She was even gracious when we called late at night for check in assistance after hours. I’m planning to come back in 2 weeks for the tent camping option! Explore the local springs, lakes, parks, water activities, and just be in a nice sleepy town. Good people.
