I loved staying at Tucker’s place. Felt very private and relaxing. Waking distance to so much. Very spacious for a studio and super quick responses to all my questions. Highly recommend!!

The cottage is very cozy even for a longer stay. It is located in a peaceful area of Berkeley and there are nice hiking trails just a short walk away. The walk to UC Berkeley is short and pleasant. The cottage is very well equipped with anything you might need, including a fridge and cooking equipment. I was able to cook dinner on many nights using the electric skillet. The cottage is a nice size for one person, but would be cramped for two if staying for an extended period of time. The wifi was a bit unreliable at times, but worked well enough for most tasks. The cottage gets a bit humid after taking a shower, but there is a dehumidifier which helps the situation. The floors were a bit cold in March, but the temperature was okay otherwise as there was a space heater that I could use. The host Tucker is very nice and was ready to help me in case I needed anything. I would certainly book the place again if I am every in Berkeley again!

Tucker and Ana were amazing hosts, so kind and so thoughtful. Definitely recommend the place!
