For 15 years Slachtehiem has been a care farm on weekdays for people with dementia and other illnesses. A beautiful space has been created in the downstairs hall where we offer day care from 10 am to 4 pm. Guests of the day care have their own terrace and entrance, and enjoy the boer'nl even and free nature, just like lodging guests. The first and second floor is entirely for the guest, and has its own entrance by stairs and outside door. For guests who have difficulty walking there is an elevator in the farmhouse. Next to the outside stairs is a large terrace, where you can relax in the lounge sofa, under the parasol and where you have sun all day.
