Lovely holiday, in a clean and spacious accommodation. Pool very cold but beach in sight with a very short walk. Not much to do in location, but a taxi ride from marina.

I have been using Airbnb since 2016 and this was, by far, the worst Airbnb experience I have ever had. Communication was abysmal. I'm still not sure who was managing the Airbnb as I received messages signed by someone named Ines, someone named Maria, and someone named Aurelio. Whoever the host was, they refused to use Airbnb platform to communicate, resorting to both email and Whatsapp instead. There were repeated requests for money outside of Airbnb's platform. Currently going through Airbnb dispute resolution and credit card chargeback to have our security deposit returned. Host is not claiming any damages, they're claiming the deposit was never received....despite it clearly showing up in the Airbnb transaction history. The place itself was significantly older than pictured. None of the bathrooms had toiletries of any kind, we literally had to purchase hand soap to wash our hands. Host requested that we not change the temperature using the thermostat because "it'll mess up the thermostat." On arrival, host was rude and demeaning, yelling at us for being late (we informed the host on Airbnb's platform that we had car issues and would be delayed. We received a Whatsapp number from whoever manages Airbnb asking us to text that number instead of using Airbnb's platform). Showers were leaky and rusted. After the check-out, received messages on WhatsApp asking us to cancel our request to have the security deposit returned. Overall, a terrible experience and one that has made many members of our party decide to never use Airbnb again.

The location and the exterior of the house is great. Also the pool and the jacuzzi and the bedrooms. The livingroom and kitchen are very poorly decorated. The appliances and utilities also. It’s old, bare useable. We had to sit on sheets that covers the couch because there old. It does certainly not feel that you have rented a luxury villa which you ecpect for this amount of money. The showers are cold or to hot and didn’t work properly Be careful with your deposit. We had to pay cash, card was not excepted. We would get our money back on our account. I didn’t want that but it was no option. IIt feels like money laundrying. I didn’t get a reciept. I could make a picture eith an employee with my money😳. And when we check out with them, (which I reccoment) they accused of breaking something and we don’t get our deposit ( only 1/3) and we heard that 3 days later through airbnb. So please be really carefull and do not trust them. We despite the dissapointing feeling about the deposit and the poorly decorated livingroom and kitchen, we had a great vacation and the Location was perfectly near the beach! And the garden was also beautiful and so where the bedrooms!
