The comfortable gray sofa doubles as a sleeping space at night and if guests are afraid of the dark or don’t like sleeping alone, the state of the art television hanging over the rustic wood fireplace provides light, comfort, and entertainment until dreams take over. Additional seating on either side of the sofa provide great spots to read, especially in the modern chair located next to the sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio! The patio is an important secondary seating area for the room, offering delicious views, a barbecue grill, and of course, places to sit and enjoy all of the above! A gourmet kitchen always brings pleasure and this modern space promises to excite, even as guests are doing ordinary kitchen chores. Great place, highly recommend! Lots of room for our family of 4. Because of our skis and the cold weather, we especially appreciated the secure, underground parking spot with luggage trolley and elevator. Key to have in unit laundry, the hot tub was nice and hot, very well appointed housewares and linens, everything was clean and in order, right in town and short drive to ski slopes. My wife is picky, but this was perfect for us, would definitely stay again.
Great condo! Easy to get around to lots. Walking distance to many places in every way. Was nice to have the private underground parking, free perk coffee everyday just steps away, hookup with ski rentals and more. The Adventures Decanter was a favorite. Great wine experience, dinner and service just a few minutes to drive to from the condo. The beds were firm memory foam. Kitchen was stocked for what you get from the store Safeway was only 5 min drive and easy to pre set the order for pickup. Liquor store just steps away too. 5 min drive to Winter Park ski resort. Great stay for me, hubby, daughter and her dog. Oh the hot tub was nice too!!!! The master bedroom window is near the hot tub so it’s not always quite but not a big deal. If you need a nap, just put your tv on or your noise machine. Great condo stay!!!
Our first response coming into the property was gross! The towels were dirty and stained, the bedding looked very old and used and the furniture outdated. There was very limited cleaning supplies mostly dish soap and laundry detergent nothing to clean kitchen counters or floors, the floor was sticky and dirty, We have a toddler so clean floor is important and the floor looked liked like it wasn’t mopped in ages only vacuumed. We tried to leave the first night after we arrived but it was Thanks Giving day and there was no one available to assist us. No one called us back or offered any compensation for the poor condition of the property. The kitchen and bathrooms were relatively clean so this made the stay a little bit more hospitable. there was complimentary hot cocoa that expired 2018! The worst part is We all came home with a strange rash maybe from the bedding or something else in the house. Overall we regretted staying at the property and wished we chose a more appropriate place
