Both the stay and Charlene were excellent. We brought our family out to Amelia Island with our 1-year old, and Charlene made sure the property had a pack-n-play for us, which was very nice. Home was great, close to the Omni and surrounding property. Everything we wanted!

We loved our stay. Such a beautiful place to gather with old friends for a weekend. The pool and hot tub were on a lush patio, which was accessible directly from everyone’s bedroom. The amenities were exactly what you’d want for such a vacation: golf cart, beach chairs, bicycles and boogie boards. Charlene was a delightful host—helpful, friendly and responsive. You will love this place.

10/10, Worth every penny! Plenty of space for family of all ages to spread out & vacation their way -- golf cart rides & hot tub coffee in the mornings were on our favorites list, as well as hosting our extended family for a BBQ dinner was easy & fun! Charlene never took more than 5 minutes to respond to anything we asked, and left lovely little gifts for my children and a personalized note upon check in that made them feel the most special ever! Iit will be most difficult to imagine ourselves staying anywhere else in future visits to Amelia Island, the bar has been set high by this rental! We thank you for a great week!

Charlene's home is outstanding in every way. The location is great, very quiet and private, yet just a short golf cart ride to the beach. The yard is fenced, which was great for our dogs, the pool and hot tub were clean and there were plenty of chairs for relaxing. The house is well laid out and very comfortably furnished, the bedding and towels were better than what I have at home. I cooked almost every night, the kitchen has everything you need and there is a terrific grill by the pool. Charlene herself is kind and gracious and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely be back!

Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Landscaping, hot tub, and fire pit were beautiful and we enjoyed them very much. All the rooms were larger than expected and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with new small appliances. The house is in a terrific area. The amazing beach is close by via available golf cart. Even with cool weather there was plenty to do in the area. We loved our month long stay and will return.
