To the fine community at Old South: I appreciate my business associate Mrs. Kosmides insisting on our annual work session(S) commencing at her home. As associates of the US Government neither I or my associates are at liberty to share details or nature of our employment. If you believe the ability to leave a review under any listing, such as the one in your neighborhood, validates assumptions it does not! Though accepting opportunities to host may be forbidden within a community government, the online presence of a listing of any home anywhere is not. Mrs. Kosmides is not obligated to explain the relevant importance of this listing remaining visible on the internet within the broader context of her personal life. However, she welcomes an opened minded personal discussion to any concerned resident of the community. Welcoming myself and our fellow associates to gather at her home was a professional courtesy graciously and gratefully extended to us. We appreciated our time at the home and look forward to our future sessions and her open invitation to return any time. Great, great house - so much space that our group of 8 was able to spread out and have a lovely, relaxing time together! Kids loved the game room downstairs, adults had great conversations by the fire in the amazing high-ceiling living room, and a well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook dinner every night. Backyard super convenient for our small dog, but we loved our strolls along the beautiful association where the house is located. Very quiet location. Quick 40 min drive to DC and even closer to Annapolis. Six Flags, a Costco, and outlets also close - all so convenient. We would definitely rent again from Michael and Kara!

The home is very spacious and had everything we needed. The owner was more than accommodating and willing to help us with anything that came up during or extended stay! Highly recommend!

We rented this house for Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. They set up a really nice Christmas tree which our grandchildren enjoyed and which really set the mood for the stay. Lots of extras as far as supplies (tp, paper towels, spices, cleaning supplies). Lots of room to spread out for all ages - grandparents, parents, grandchildren.

This house is beautiful , looks EXACTLY like the pictures ! It was nice and cozy , made me feel like I was at a home away from home. Michael and Kara are great hosts , responded with in minutes and overall made me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend !!!
