Exodus is the largest of our Tiny Home fleet and also the closest to our privately owned Mills Lake. Measuring in at 398 square feet, Exodus has a master bedroom w/Queen size mattress, private bathroom w/shower, kitchen, dining area w/bay window, living room w/queen size pullout bed, and a carpeted loft! Nothing beats waking up and looking out at your own private access lakefront first thing in the morning! Firepit, patio furniture, picnic table and charcoal grill on-site. Living Waters Resort and Event Center boasts a beautiful 12.8 Acres of countryside with Sparrow Creek along the south entrance. You can see our over 100-year-old dam that feeds privately owned Mills Lake! Sparrow Creek merges with the White River along the east side of the property. The White River continues along the north edge of the woods creating breath taking views. Mills Lake is a privately owned 4-acre lake stocked with huge Catfish, (Blue, Channel, and Shovel Heads), Carp, Big Mouth Bass, Crappie, and Bluegill. No fishing license needed to fish on our lake. Normal state laws apply to White River and Sparrow Creek. There is a separate bathhouse on the grounds with hot water showers. Each Tiny Home also has outdoor living essentials.
