I love health and longevity, eSports, self improvement and anything self sustaining. From passive income to solar panels and permaculture food gardens, I can't get enough. My favourite health and longevity resource is PeterAttiaMD. a few of my favourite non-fiction books are Atomic Habits, Why We Sleep, The One Thing, The Obstacle Is The Way and The 4 Disciplines of Execution. For Fiction reads my top 3 are probably "The Name of The Wind", "Prince of Thorns" and "Red Sister". For eSports I have been playing League of Legends pretty much exclusively since beta. I have played guitar, bass and sang in Metal and Electronic Rock bands since high school, but I have been out of the music scene for a few years now. I occasionally bust out some karaoke. My Heroes- Peter Attia, Tim Ferriss, Marcus Aurelius, Tony Stark, L Real Estate - I am a Realtor by trade. My area of expertise is the purchase, setup and management of Airbnb Investment Properties. To anyone that wants to learn about Airbnb listing setup and management, I highly recommend the book "Optimize Your BnB" by Daniel Rusteen. To anyone that wants to learn about Real Estate Investing I highly recommend the BiggerPockets Podcast and website. I have read most of the books published by biggerpockets and "The Book on Rental Property Investing" is probably still my favourite. I am building a network of Investors, Mortgage Brokers, Lawyers, Accountants, Contractors and more to help facilitate Joint Venture Airbnb Projects.
