Comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate up to 6 (with sleeper sofa and twin air mattress). Golf cart included to get around the island to the beach (about 3/4 mile), river, rec hall, and all amenities. Great for kids (and adults) with mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, ping pong, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and other activities. Beach house located right across from the recreation area at Nettles Island. Mini-golf, shuffleboard, ping-pong, billiards, swimming pool, hot tubs, cafe, gym, bocce, horseshoes, and library all within a 100 yard walk from the front door (and all FREE!). The golf cart can get you to the beach, fishing, island store, and restaurant within 3 minutes. The home has been freshly painted and updated with new HVAC (2019), two smart TVs, and a kitchen stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and dinnerware. For larger parties, there are 3 bath houses within walking distance of the residence. There are also two air mattresses provided, along with linens, pillows, and blankets. Some basic beach gear is provided (umbrella, 2 chairs, beach towels, cooler, and some toys), but feel free to bring your own extras. Two kayaks for paddling around the island in the river are also included.
