Deviot Boathouse stay was amazing! Beautiful home in a lovely setting that really relaxes you once you step into home. It’s a home away from home. Sam’s communication was very quick and responsive which was much appreciated. Loved the kitchen as well and enjoyed preparing meals in kitchen and over outdoor bbq grill. Couldn’t resist too to enjoy wine outdoors overlooking Tamar River and warming up with a bonfire. Thank you for an absolutely lovely stay!

Imagine a two-bedroom suite at a luxury hotel -- then know that this house is even better because it has an amazing view over the Tamar River, a large deck, laundry room with washer/dryer, and a beautiful, fully functional, kitchen with all the desired amenities. Lovely property. Very enjoyable stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

When you walk into Samantha's place, the view is breathtaking. Somehow, despite being on a narrow plot between the road and the river, the place is incredibly private and very quiet. We loved watching the tidal river flowing and the weather blowing through. We had a couple of minor problems after check in, but they were swiftly attended to. One note for tall people: the four (!!) shower heads are all rain-head style and slightly too low for my 6ft3" husband. It's the only thing we can think to complain about at an otherwise exquisitely designed place.
