The location was great! It was right off of the river and right next to the pool. We had an issue with the lock on the door and Jay responded quickly and got us help as fast as possible (which we very much appreciated). The beds were the downside. The top bunk springs were poking through and my kiddo was very uncomfortable. The bed in the “master bedroom” had little support per my in laws who slept in it. We loved the recommendations and my kids loved the flamingo theme.

We rented Mel's place for a second time! Great location and amenities! I would highly recommend it! :)

Smaller than appears on photos. Beds are too low & uncomfortable. No closet space in main bedroom, only hooks. Rugs were dirty. Not private, ground level, people walking by and looking in at entrance and patio. Young kids next door were making lots of noise. Uncomfortable and overstuffed, dated living room furniture. No instructions were given on how to work TV & remotes. Very tiny bathroom and dated. The outdoor pool is small and small pool deck has no umbrellas for shade. Would not recommend if elderly, some tripping hazards. Will not be back.

Great stay and nice view of the river. The kids enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Easy walk to downtown.

We enjoyed our stay at Mel's Marina. It was centrally located to everything you need needed. A quick Riverwalk to the downtown local shops which sold Suveneirs, ice cream, fudge, etc.. which made for fun nights! The condo felt VERY safe, and it was a very quiet stay. We got full use of the indoor and outdoor pool and indoor hot tub; it was never busy! Mel recommended fun things to do and places to eat and we really appreciated that. Our girls top 3 included: #1) Noah's Ark water park- Lot's of family rides #2) the Deer Park- hand fed and petted some very large deer-so cool! #3) Land of Natura-inflatable waterpark on the lake. So fun and super hilarious! Pick Mel's Marina! All in all, a fun town with tons to do and in between you can come back and relax at the condo to get ready for your next stop for entertainment. It was so relaxing to sit on the back porch and watch all the pontons and wave runners come in for the evening. Very safe, very clean, and super cozy! Will be back!
