Welcome to Villa Breeze on the gorgeous Aegean coast of Turkey. Villa Breeze provides all the comforts of your own home overlooking the beautiful Aegean Sea with the backdrop of the surrounding mountains. The villa has amazing light with soaring 8 feet windows throughout the house, a wrap-around balcony and a wonderful deck overlooking the pool. Villa Breeze is very private with its own entry and a fully fenced large yard. Please read house rules and details prior to reservation requests. Outdoors - Private pool - Fenced yard with 4 lounge chairs and umbrella - Deck with outdoor seating for 6 + outdoor dining for 6 - Barbecue grill - Free parking right outside of the gated entry to the villa Every room has its own separate air conditioner unit. There is a 32 inch smart TV in the living room. Garden level - Very large kitchen with full size fridge, oven, stove, washing machine, dishwasher - Kitchen contains all necessary utensils, pots/pans, plates, cutlery, drinkware, kettle, French press, tea pot - Indoor dining table for 6 - 1/2 bath 1st floor - Living room with a comfortable couch and chair - Bedroom with a double bed - 1/2 bath Balcony - Wrap around balcony with 2 rocking chairs, 1 small bistro table and 2 bistro chairs accessible from 1st floor bedroom and living room 2nd floor - Master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-up shower and rain shower head - Small balcony off the master bedroom - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, perfect for kids/teenagers - 1 full bathroom with stand-up shower and rain shower head

Villa breeze'den ve Tugba hanimin misafirliginden cok memnun kaldik.Evin mahremiyeti, temizligi, duzeni cok iyiydi.Bolge olarak gulluk bolgesinden de cok memnun kaldık.Denizi cok guzel, huzurlu bir yerdi.
Tugba Hanimin villasinda cok güzel bir tatil gecirdik. Ev cok temiz ve düzenliydi. Cok secici olan annem bile evden cok memnun kaldi. Evin mimarisi gayet güzel. Bahcesi genis, havuzu temiz. Tugba Hanim cok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Ibrahim Bey de kaldigimiz sürece her sorumuzu hemen yanitladi ve ufak tefek problemlere hemen cözüm buldu. Bu güzel tatil icin tessekkür ederim.
Absolutely amazing experience at Tugba’s place. The villa was very clean and special brownie points for the supply of clean towels 🤩🤩🤩 The pool was very refreshing and the view from the main bedroom was breathtaking! Will definitely recommend to everyone!
Tuğba Hanım ve İbrahim Bey son derece ilgili ve sıcakkanlılardı. Ev temiz çok kullanışlıydı, tam olarak fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Havuz ve bahçe mahremiyet açısından çok iyiydi, 2 aile çok rahat bir şekilde vakit geçirdik. Tüm odalar manzaralıydı, manzaraya karşı uyanmakta harikaydı :) havuz düzenli olarak temizlendi. Bahçe geniş olduğu için oyun oynamaya da müsaitti. Tüm ailenin ortak fikri, yaptığımız en keyifli tatillerden biriydi. Tuğba Hanıma da, İbrahim Bey’e de sonsuz teşekkürler 🙏🏽

Villa Breeze is located in the outskirts of Güllük, which has been growing in popularity in the recent years due to its close proximity to Bodrum International Airport (12 km). Güllük itself is a quaint fishing/harbor town with several restaurants/bars, a great local bazaar on Thursdays where you can buy locally grown fruits, vegetables, cheese, olives and bread; along with many other delicacies like nuts, spices, herbal teas etc.
I would recommend our guests to watch the introductory video on YouTube to get a sense of Güllük and its charm.

Güllük has a number of grocery stores, bakeries, butcher, banks, post office, clinic and pharmacy that would easily meet your daily needs. There is a small market within walking distance to the villa for a quick grocery run for basic staples.
Villa Breeze is within 5 minute drive to Güllük town center or a 30 minute walk.
Villa Breeze has a public beach within 5 minute walk and several other beaches nearby. In addition, Villa Breeze is conveniently located to the town of Bodrum and Bodrum peninsula where you can find many blue flag beaches, world class dining and shopping.
It is recommended to have a car to get around. Otherwise, Güllük has a taxi stand where you can rent a taxi to get around fairly cheaply. There is also a dolmuş service (a shared minibus on a fixed route) that departs nearby to the villa that will take you to Güllük town center. From there, you have access to additional dolmuş service that goes to Bodrum, Milas and other nearby towns.

Hi, my name is Tuğba. I currently live in Long Island, New York. I am pretty active and love the great outdoors and just about any activity I can do outside. I love to bike, snowboard, rollerblade, snorkel and hike. I've been married to my wonderful hubby for over 10 years. We don't have any kids, but we do have a 4-legged munchkin (Snoopy) that is the king of our house. We love to travel, eat out, go to concerts and movies, play tennis and basketball. We are laid back people who are open to new experiences.
