The house was awesome and the pictures are great but even better in person . The backyard was truly an oasis. The pool was perfect (it was so great we are now looking into getting one) It is hard to put in words how amazing the backyard truly is and completely private! The house was super clean and had everything needed for us! Many places are missing a lot of things needing to cook and feel at home. Not Nancy’s place, truly one of the best places we have stayed. We had to cut our trip short but the time we spent at the house, we enjoyed. We would definitely book again. Response time was super quick and always helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Wonderful, cozy home for our family of 6 (including our fur baby) with all the amenities we needed, thoughtful touches like s’mores and popcorn kits, and an amazing backyard with a pool, hot tub, and fire pit! There were many great local places to eat, nearby attractions, not to mention the beach was a short walk or drive away. Flagler Beach is 10-15 minutes away and dog friendly, which was great for our pup. Communication with Nancy was easy, and she was quick to respond to any issues -- the outdoor shower broke on a Saturday night, and she was able to get someone out to fix it the next morning! We enjoyed our stay so much and miss spending every evening at the beach. If our schedule works out we will be back next year!

We enjoyed a 2 month stay at Nancy’s place. Felt at home right away, wonderful amenities, beautiful backyard, great location. Nancy and her son were both very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing! The house is lovely with so many details and everything you could need. The pool and spa were awesome and the house is well maintained. The yard was so inviting with a fire pit, hammock, and comfortable lounge chairs. We were there for the holidays and they even decorated for Christmas which was such a nice touch! Nancy was so sweet, helpful, and responsive the entire time. Location was awesome, about a half a block to the beach and an easy 5 min walk. The only thing is the beach is not dog friendly so something to keep in mind if bringing your pets. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The washer was broken for nearly two weeks and it was a major hassle. You don't exactly want to go to the laundromat while on vacation. Plumbing is also not good and the toilet clogged on the first day. A/C broke towards the end of our stay and generally house does not seem well maintained. We were blamed for the failing of the A/C even though the repairmen said it was due to poor maintenance as the filter was filthy with dust and looked like it hadn't been changed in a long time. He also said the outdoor drain was clogged as that was maintained.There is no one nearby to manage the property and we were asked to coordinate with repair people, eventually they got a friend to coordinate with the washer repairperson but that was after a lot of back and forth. Apparently owners said there was a rulebook and dogs are not allowed on the furniture. I never saw a rulebook or was told about one so that was a surprise. There was also constant noise and construction throughout our stay. The homes in the area are old and all in need of repair. Directly behind the property a home was getting a new roof and addition and across the street a new driveway. Walls in the house are paper thin so you can hear everything. We worked throughout part of the stay and all the noise made it difficult.
