Beautiful place to stay with a nice view of the city . Also john was very quick at responding and helped out with whatever i needed . I would recommend this place if you wanna feel at home!

This place was a good fair price to accommodate our needs. Great Central location close to Downtown Reno, with nice views. The washer, dryer, and ice machine were all appreciated! As well as the reserved designated parking space. We considered this place to be warm and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The photos don't do this condo justice! It's so cute and clean and super spacious! Has a really awesome and fun view from giant picture windows in both the bedroom and living room from which you can see downtown, the interstate at a distance, and the bustling neighborhood this condo is set in from above it (absolutely no noise from traffic). All this is framed by the huge jack-pines which cuddle the building, and at night, you can see a million stars almost as if your in them. The view is so neat! John was an outstanding host, so kind, accommodating, and flexible. A true insight into what an AirBnB stay should be like. John simply prepared every necessary detail regarding the condo's vitality for us as travelers before we arrived, was responsive and gracious when we had questions, and let us enjoy our privacy outside of that. It was really one of the best times we've ever had traveling and I am so grateful John allowed us to book a stay with him. Thanks, John and Kudos!

We enjoyed our stay at John’s place with the exception of the cleanliness. When we checked in, the place was noticeably dirty. I mean, my husband said “I lived in a fraternity house, and this place is dirty even by my standards” When we wiped off the kitchen counters and fridge the towels were black, the tub had a ring in it & shelving in the shower had a thick layer of soap scum. The lack of cleanliness is the primary reason for our rating. Other than that, the apartment was spacious and pretty much as described. The location is good and central.
