Once you get into this unit the outlook is amazing and so nice to hear the ocean all day and night. Everything was laid out well. Only compliant would be there were only two rubbish bags so had to buy couple for 3 days as the rubbish chute took only a limited size of rubbish (very small) also only one small sachet of dishwashing powder for the dishwasher. Only other compliant was the information to get into the unit, we were travelling by the time the email came through requesting ID info etc...I think this should come through earlier, so we only received half the information to get into the unit. Considering the info required for the car lift it made it a little hard, also we had no info on what floor the unit was on. Also the buttons on the remote didn't work for the car lift so we ended up parking on the street.

Nice, modern apartment with fantastic views of the beach and the ocean. Lucky enough to see plenty of whale activity. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Great location. Patrolled beach only a few hundred metres walk. Unfortunately, check in was a problem. Faulty remote for car lift meant I had to wait around for an hour for building manager to come and help me access. Also, there is now a tall building built directly next door which obscures the views to the north. Views of the ocean are unobstructed. At time of writing, construction still in progress - including 6:45am wake up from jackhammers. Work usually finished by ~3pm. The shadow from the next door building also puts the rooftop pool in complete shade from early afternoon. No salt and pepper. Coffee machine doesn’t seem to work. Still had an enjoyable stay but inaccurate photos misleading. Interesting to note issues with car lift remote and no salt and pepper both came up in previous reviews.
