This apartment is on the fifth floor on the Main Street of Bologna, yet it is quiet and calm, ensuring a good sleep, whether an afternoon nap or night sleep. Rino met us and introduced the apartment and the staff was always responsive. There are two bedrooms and two baths and ample storage for our stay of one month with family visiting during our stay. The second bedroom has two twin beds together. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared meals there, though best for one person to do the cooking or cleaning up. Water temperature and pressure great in the shower and the heat/air easy to control by room. Lighting is modern and furniture comfortable. A 15 minute walk to the train station and all of Bologna literally at your doorsteps. There are many stores, restaurants (San Pietro, and da Nello our favorites), bakeries, a large Today Conad store, etc. Two minutes you are at the Main Square. With Bologna as our base, we did day and over night trips! A perfect choice!
A nice apartment in a great location in a beautiful city- all good!
We enjoyed our stay at Rino's place (UR-NEST Indipendenza) and would love to return in the future! The location was perfect for us as our daughter who is studying abroad was a 2 minute walk from here. Everywhere we wanted to visit in town seemed to be less than 10 minutes away. The train station was very convenient (turn left from the apartment and follow Via dell'Indipendenza under the porticoes 95% of the way) which allowed us to use this as our base to visit Venice and Firenze (Florence) for day trips. There is a Conad grocery store less than 5 minutes away for important supplies like wine, cheese, fruits, etc. Most important, the room was modern in appearance, clean, and quiet! The only noise I think I heard during the stay was the rain on the skylight in the bathroom. Nice sized closets were helpful to hang our clothes and for storage. The description doesn't do it justice! AirBNB's listing said Smoke Alarm not reported, but they were there as well as bathroom alert pulls
This apartment is fantastic. The location is excellent in that it is easily walkable from the train station and every place you’ll want to be in Bologna. It’s also incredibly quiet. And, the host is fantastic too. Super attentive and kind. I would be thrilled to return to this apartment.
Picked the spot due to its location and that did not disappoint. Couldn't have been better. Place was clean and all the fixtures, bathrooms, etc looked new. Quite the perfect spot to explore Bologna, which is a gem in itself. Thanks Rino
