For this to have been a last minute booking, everything was great.. Alfred and Margaret were very responsive and communicated well. The home is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay! I appreciate everything.

Jacob's place was a terrific space for a family. The bedrooms were quiet while the living room and large dining room table were just right for family time. The back yard is enormous and beautifully maintained -- we spent quite a lot of time there, and we would have very much enjoyed playing some games (frisbee, croquet, etc) there. The home was very comfortable. We did not do any fancy cooking, but the kitchen had more than everything we needed for the basics. There was plenty of parking, and while we could not walk to places we wanted to go, the neighborhood was very pleasant to walk in. Alfred and Margaret were great about responding immediately to every question and comment. A great experience for our first trip to Arkansas.

Alfred & Margaret were very friendly and attentive. The house was just the right size for our needs and the location was perfect as we were in the area to visit a loved one in the nearby hospital. We liked staying at Jacob’s Place so much that we booked a stay at another of Alfred & Margaret’s properties for later during our visit.

Highly recommend. The hosts are wonderful and the house is very cozy! Beautiful back yard, and easy to check-in. Very appreciative of the responsiveness and assistance from the host when needed. The host contacted me after my stay to bring to my attention personal items that I left behind. Honest, good people. Great place to stay when in Little Rock &/or surrounding areas.
