I would give the unit six stars if possible. I have three criteria for rating an AirBnB: safety, cleanliness and quality. These three factors are very important to the enjoyment of my stay. SAFETY: when travelling to an unknown location, I am always concerned about safety, especially when I am with my family. In this case, the home is in a very, very nice neighbourhood. Zero concerns with safety. Lots of neighbours out and about doing exercise and walking their pets. CLEANLINESS: the unit is absolutely spotless. Everything looks scrubbed clean, which would be important to guests who are undergoing treatment at nearby hospitals. Dyson fans are in the living room and main bedroom for that extra boost to air quality. QUALITY: I am amazed that the host would share a home filled with such high quality furniture, artwork, linens, kitchenware, soaps and lotions with strangers. The kitchen is filled with good quality food for guests to enjoy. The host (Sarah) is amazing!!

I now understand the high ratings of this place, Sarah is simply amazing!! The apartment is really well located and very nice, but Sarah goes above and beyond to make sure you have absolutely everything you need during your stay. I stayed with my parents for 11 nights for my dad's lumbar surgery, Sarah's place was just perfect for the pre ops and for my dad's recovery. I ABSOLUTELY recommend it. Would definitely stay again.

Wow, did we get lucky when we found Sarah’s lovely place! It was the perfect location for us, while we were needing to be at the medical center. It’s comfortable, with a very comfy bed, and lots of very thoughtful touches. Sarah really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of. It’s also the best appointed Airbnb we’ve ever stayed. It has everything you need to make yourself right at home. Thank you Sarah for putting so much love and care into your place to make everyone welcome! We will certainly be back!

I can see now why Sarah is a super host. Quite simply, the space is amazing and Sarah was wonderful to us during our stay. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had during my travels. The location is perfect for anyone traveling to MD Anderson or the health complex. Very safe location!
