So impressed with this place. It was so clean and cozy with amazing views of the stars, Sunrise and sunsets from the hot tub! Wake up to beautiful mountains!! We had a great family gathering and definitely will be back. Love sitting by the fire at night. Lea was very responsive and the kids love the horses. House was well stocked!! Thanks again for everything we will definitely be back!!

Lea's place was exactly what we needed to celebrate my mom's birthday- she wanted a place where we could gather with all 4 grandkids and their parents to celebrate her latest milestone. With 4 under 2 1/2 we needed space and a place to entertain toddlers while the younger babies napped. This was it. The horses were awesome, the toddlers played outside, and the adults could relax in the hot tub at night or play the Nintendo 64 during the day when we had times of quiet. The kitchen was spacious, we could cook easily and eat together at the large table all at the same time. The house was clean and spacious (with a unique layout but that didn't bug us). If you're traveling with littles, be cautious of the railing spacing upstairs; it's wide and littles who are unattended and/or clumsy could fall through but we just kept a close eye on the littles when we were upstairs but all of the fun play happened downstairs or outside. We would 100% stay there again!
