L’accès facile à l’autoroute rend cet appartement idéal comme base pour visiter cette partie de la Bavière en voiture. Lits très confortables et calme de la campagne assuré… tout en ayant tous commerces à proximité. Le livret d’accueil mériterait d’être complété avec les fêtes locales… on a failli rater le festival des musiques du monde de Nuremberg… fantastique ! Les seuls points faible ont été signalés au propriétaire et devraient facilement pouvoir être corrigés, notamment la porte de douche. Assurément un bon rapport qualité / prix !

I had no complaints with the place. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. However, I found the host to be a bad communicator with horrible check-in and check-out times. I have stayed at over 20 Airbnbs and never had an issue with a host until Ilka. First, I will have to mention that I made a mistake and thought the checkout time was 1000(like most Airbnbs) and not 0900 as stated in the agreement. Around 0945 on check out day I sent a message to Ilka saying that I am running late and that I should be out by 1030. I apologized for any inconveniences that were caused. In response, Ilka sent a complaint to Airbnb about me saying that she wants me to pay for another full night because I will cost her the future bookings for the next 5 guests I was surprised by this, because she did not send me any message saying that she needed to clean the room and asked me when I would leave. I was the one who reached out to her. If she would have told me that I was late. I would have ensured that my family and myself would haveeft earlier and allowed the cleaners in the apartment to be cleaned, but she didn't contact me at all. She only contacted Airbnb to complain about me. Thankfully Airbnb determined she was being unreasonable by requesting me to pay for a whole night for being 90 minutes late. I still decided to send her some money as a good will gesture but I was very disappointed with how she chose to handle this situation. It could have been handled much differently with a much better outcome. I would remind Ilka that she is in the hospitality business and there was nothing hospitable with her actions that day.

Der Aufenthalt bei Ilka war wirklich super! Uns fehlte es an nichts und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Bett war gemütlich und die Wohnung wie beschrieben. Kinderfreundlich ist es auch. Wir haben Altdorf gewählt, weil wir Natur und Sightseeing erleben wollten, ohne mit dem Auto los fahren zu müssen. Nürnberg erreicht man in einer halben Stunde ganz entspannt mit dem Zug. Und die Wanderung kann man direkt von der Unterkunft starten. Wir waren mit unserem 1 Jährigen Kind unterwegs. Altdorf ist ein schönes Städtchen.
