This place was ideal for a Memphis stay!!! It was very close to all the main sights to see. It was clean and comfortable with a lot of space. So easy to find and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend and also stay again!

We were very disappointed in the place. The Memphis wall in the livingroom was missing letters it said MPHS All other letters were missing & the paint was chipped in several spots, so we could take pics in front of it. The couch was raggedy & ran down they put a couch cover over it but the pillows wouldn't stay on there so u slide towards the floor everytime u sit down. The house needs to be updated doesn't look like the pictures, it smells like a basement & the walls & ceilings had so many cracks like the house is falling apart, we also found women underwear sticking out of the couch so it wasn't properly cleaned.

Check in was super easy. It was located close to downtown, but far enough away that it was quiet. Overall it was a great place to crash after a concert. It was warm on a freezing night in Memphis. Maria was great!
