Very nice studio apartment with bathroom. Very clean. Quiet (for Vietnam) - very little traffic noise. The house keeper was very nice and responsive when we needed any kind of service (laundry, toilet paper, cleaning etc). The bathroom had lots of water pressure and hot water. The kitchen has a large fridge, duel stove top, microwave, kettle, one small frying pan, one small pot and dinnerware for two. Drinking water is not provided but there is a grocery store (Food Co-op) across the street with 5 liter jugs and a GS25 convenience store with cold water bottles very close by. The wifi was strong and reliable. As an added bonus, the Vietnamese sizzling beef restaurant downstairs is really good too! It was a very good experience overall. ☺️
