Overall it was a great place to stay. The location was PERFECT for the convention I was in town for. The only issues we had was lots of poop in the driveway which got on vehicles, ants in the kitchen in multiple spots, mold in the restroom, and stains on the couch. Communication was good and overall the house accommodated us well.

Great House! We went to Greensboro, NC for my sons soccer ECNL playoffs. The house was 25 min away from the soccer sport complex in Browns Summit. The home was also close to the mall, Walmart, and other shopping stores. We felt like home! It had lots of space inside and outside. The kids enjoyed playing outside and riding the paddle boat in the pond. The neighborhood was very nice and quite as well. Definitely recommend this home!

beads are horrible washer n dryyer not working properly only four chairs in house for 12 guest no apliances like blender puts and pans silverware plates cups everything in kitchen was needed 2 cups 3 plates few spoons no bowls alot maintenance its needed back door can never be opened no toilet paper futons bad shape backyard tons off dog and duck shit no water to wash the patio the porch it was holes all over it was bad specially on a rainy day the paddle boat on pond broken it a good house but bad experience i call hoste multiple times never answer so if the house fall down you won't find him anywere needs new furniture beads chairs washer dryer need massive maintenance dont worth the money i payed i over spend on thing that shoud be supplied by hoste anyways go somewhere else please no blender dishes silverware they dont offer the service for the people requested 2 cups 4 chairs 4 plates for 12 gues washer n driyer broken porch falling in pices holes every ware lights and fans dont
