Check in: Cristina‘s place had a strict check-in at 4 PM. When I inquired about arriving at 2 PM she could accommodate it, but it was going to cost an extra $25. She gave us clear instructions about how to check into her place, but it was still a little confusing. You must enter through an exterior door in the stony parking lot. I wish I would’ve known this, bc my mother had a hard time walking, so the stones in the parking lot were problematic. You have to walk through both bedrooms to get to the common living spaces because of the exterior entrance. It was spacious and well decorated however it was not cleaned. The stove and oven were filthy as was the sink. The bathtub had major rings around it. Overall, this house isn’t for someone looking for an upscale residency. It’s an older house with cracked bathroom tiles and an outdated kitchen. Great for a crash pad, but I wish I would have had a better vision of the kitchen/bathroom before I booked.

I felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable, the living room was also very comfortable and the TV was easy to use. The kitchen was small but the lighting was great and everything was there and it was easy to work in. I really liked the light in the cabinets, nice touch. The hot water in the bathroom was almost instant. Even though it was on a busy intersection it was so quiet inside you didn't know. The grocery store, Sprouts, was across the street within a block, so supplies were easy to come by. There are restaurants within walking distance in either direction. We will definitely look to rent this location next year.
