Jemez Springs · 整套民居 · 2室2床1.0卫 · 可住4人 · Historic Luna House in Jemez Springs
Fantastic historic home in the center of Jemez Springs. This incredible house has lots of history and personality. Most locals know it as the Luna House, and many have fun stories to share about it. This comfortable 1000sf home has solid oak flooring and actual boulder/mud walls. Tucked between two hillsides, it has great canyon views and privacy in back. It's an easy walk to the Village Plaza, Hwy 4 Cafe, 2nd Alarm Brewery, Los Ojos Saloon, Bodhi Manda Zen Center, Galleries, Spas, & River. There are two bedrooms, each with comfortable queen size beds (the master blackout blinds); a living room; dining room, kitchen, laundry/mud room, and one bathroom with tub/shower combo. The kitchen has everything you would need; stove, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Coffee and tea are provided along with some essentials for cooking like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices. Marvelous canyon views and wonderful Jemez Mountains fresh air are available from either the covered front porch or the private back patio. Fruit trees, lilac bushes, irises and other flowers provide a lovely green and colorful touch. There is a washer and dryer available. If you desire to use the fireplace, you will need to acquire your own wood (local sources available), and read and sign instructions for operation and waiver. The house is wheelchair accessible, but not ADA compliant. This is a non-smoking property. THIS PROPERTY IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL LIVE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. If you have animals, you must contact me before booking to confirm that I can accept them. If they are allowed, there is a $10/animal/night fee, and they must be kenneled when they are unsupervised inside the house. There is a fenced yard for them to stay outside, and you must clean up after them.
Nice little house with lots of New Mexico charm. Easy walk to the Jemez hot springs. And Los ojos for food and librations. And a coffee shop in the morning. Josh
