Ich hatte eine äußerst negative Erfahrung mit dem Airbnb Hotel THE FLAG in Frankfurt. Ich hatte im Vorfeld Anfragen wegen besonderer Umstände gestellt, die jedoch komplett ignoriert wurden. Auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage erhielt ich keine Antwort. Als ich dann telefonisch Kontakt aufnehmen wollte, wurde ich einfach abgewiesen. Hier hat das Management offensichtlich kein Verständnis für die Anliegen der Gäste. Wer mit einem solchen Service leben kann, soll hier ruhig buchen. Wer aber einen guten Service schätzt, ist bei THE FLAG in Frankfurt ganz falsch. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel und werde es auf keinen Fall wieder buchen.

Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed the stay, and, what is more, the hotel is dog friendly, so that we could travel with our dog. The furniture, towels and bed sheets were spotless and felt very clean. The room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows that added even more charm. The location is perfectly, right in the middle of the city, but remains in a very calm neighborhood. The on-premises parking spots are usually taken, so plan the parking ahead. We chose the underground garage nearby for 27 euros / day. We’ll definitely stay there again next time if our travel plans lead us to Frankfurt.

I couldn't be happier with my stay. The hotel is really lovely, minimalist high-quality modern design with attention to details and little touches that make the experience really beautiful. The staff was always super caring and friendly, they always tried to help me and they even let me check in earlier because I had an early flight, as well as they let me leave my luggage with them at checkout because I had a late flight back. The room was large, beautiful, comfortable, clean, with plenty of light, and hi-tech. Room service was punctual and perfect. Elaine's restaurant, which serves the hotel, was simply delicious, with its fine dining and interesting choice of dishes, breakfasts, and beverages (opening hours also extremely handy). Finally, the location, so close to Alte Oper and the lively centre, was simply perfection. I certainly recommend The Flag, and I can't wait to come back next time I'll visit Frankfurt. Thank you for a really lovely stay!
