We loved our stay! The cabin was spacious and steps from the lake. There were paddle boards and kayaks available for use on the lake, which was so fun. Our dogs also loved being able to run around and play, and Carl “the boat guy” was extremely helpful and responsive during our entire stay. The only tiny inconvenience was that the water in the cabin sometimes shut off. Regardless, we will definitely come back here.

This was our first family trip to Garden Island. We absolutely loved the location, the house and the Island. We were surrounded by beauty. We swam, we enjoyed the trails. Watched sunrises and sunsets. The house was just right for our family of 7 and we really enjoyed sharing meals together and playing games on the giant screened porch. We can’t wait to return!

The island is such a great get away. Carl, the island manager, was a great host. We had many laughs over the weekend and felt right at home. Looking forward to more trips to the island.
