This is a lovely home for a stay. Quite, and clean home. Cara is a great host. I would recommend it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Cara.

This is my 3rd stay at The Blue House and Cara as always has been a great host and always responsive ; The Blue House is a home away from home it’s safe , clean and friendly service ; I will recommend this place to anyone who is considering a quality place that is affordable and good location

Cara's property was just right for what we needed - which was to have more space than we would get in most hotels - all in a nice calm environment, whilst being close to the one of the main roads that runs across the island, so that we could quickly drive to different parts of the island quickly for various meetings and activities. We were also able to cook for ourselves in the large kitchen, wash our own clothes in the washer/dryer, relax in our own lounge and have a table to work at/eat dinner on. We also had two bedrooms and two bathrooms to spread out in. And there was ample parking. Cara was very responsive when we had a question - normally we might have had no questions to ask as instructions were very clear - we just needed to communicate a few times regarding the hot water system & this was attended to promptly.

We stayed at the blue house for 7 days. The place is in good shape in terms of construction and amenities and was very clean and comfortable; the only shortage in the kitchen was silverware (only one sharp knife) and not many plates. We had a bit of a difficulty getting around. It is 5 miles inland away from the beaches and towns and probably is not an issue for someone who rents a car to get around. The beaches are short drives (15-30 minutes). We walked to a nearby beautiful botanical garden. Otherwise, there are no close restaurants or activities or places to walk at night. Cara and her father were responsive to any questions or help needed. One comment to add to the listing description is to offer contacts for recommended taxi drivers since the city bus does not run often and the city taxis that travel the Centerline road also are not available after 6 pm. Beautiful home, location, and was close to everything. Cara was very accommodating and quick to respond. We absolutely would stay here again
