What a wonderful Airbnb experience! Jim and Patty’s place was PERFECT! Clean, comfortable and all amenities one might need. Beds were very comfy with nice linens provided Close to main strip (1/2 mile or so) with lovey surroundings making for a pleasant walk.

Patty and Jim’s place was absolutely beautiful. Everything was super clean. The trolley stop is just a short walk down the driveway and down 1/2 a block or you can walk 5-6 blocks downtown. We saw a total of 9 bears thru the week from the private balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with full size stove and fridge, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, plates, silverware, mixing bowls and anything else needed for cooking a meal. The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and pillows and clean, soft linens. The living-room furniture was comfortable and clean as well with plenty of room for four adults to relax and take a break. We will be saving this listing for our next trip to Gatlinburg.

Patty is an excellent host. Very responsive to my questions. The unit we stayed in was nice and clean. Would stay there again. My family liked being able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg.
