Location was awesome, house was nice and clean. But the back yard hasn’t been landscaped in months, weeds everywhere couldn’t even sit at the table, putters hidden under weeds. Had to hunt down hand soap from bathroom to bathroom, all the towels were in one bathroom. The garage opener wasn’t there or did the garage code work. I had to change the batteries in the front door as they were dying, remotes needed new batteries. House was nice and location was perfect for in and out convenience, if your not spending much time at the home perfect place, if your trying spend time at home I would check elsewhere.

I will say first that Julia’s assistant was very responsive and did offer us a refund for our trouble. We got a message from her assistant about 30 min before check in on Friday telling us that a window had been broken the weekend prior and there was minimal glass in the turf area. I told him I would check upon arrival. Got in just fine and house was super clean and smelt nice. BUT there was a ton of glass all over the turf and in the cracks if the back patio, all in the rock, under the outside dining table, etc. my husband and I spent 20 min trying to clean up as much as we good because we had 2 dogs with us that needed to use the restroom. We paid for this 3 bedroom home, but the glass that was shattered was from one of the bedrooms that was a) accessible to anyone trying to break in and b) was unusable due to it being in the 40s at night. We had 4 kids with us as well and could not risk someone being able to so easily access the home.

We visited during high wind weather. Our window on the 2nd floor blew off during our stay. The trash cans belonging to the house blew away. Host made it seem like we were at fault.
