our group of friends had a great time at the cottage. there is plenty of space for us to spread around. it has everything we need for prepare dinners together while looking onto the beautiful lake. the unexpected surprise is the fun lift going down to the lake house and back up. The communication has been great as well. highly recommended.

We are group of 12 including 4 children. The property is really great and well maintain. all bedroom and washroom cleaned. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for our future staycation. Overall great place.

Our group had the most fantastic time at Ivanela’s cottage! Would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet getaway from the city in a charming, classic cottage. It has wonderful views of a stunning lake, clean amenities, and a super comfortable and homey feeling that had us sad to leave it behind. It was super close to town so anything we needed (from emergency groceries to ice cream) was just a short drive away, but we never lost the calm and private feeling of being on the lake. Ivanela was incredibly helpful and generous, and was able to answer any questions we had while there promptly! Would recommend to anyone looking to have a peaceful and relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you so much for making our vacation extra perfect!

Our stay at "Charming Cottage" was letter perfect. The cottage and the lakeside buildings were immaculate. The attention to detail better than any rental we have had around the world. Little time was spent in the cottage as the view from the deck was mesmerizing and time at Mountain Lake compelling. The location is perfect you feel like you are miles from the madding crowd, but Minden is a very short drive and the Pepper Mill around the corner. Ivanela is a wonderful host it was a pleasure communicating with her. Bob Swanick

Wonderful cottage with so much attention to detail! Beautiful views of the lake on a large property. Use of canoes and pedal boat. Hammock to relax in by the water. Lots of room for two families. I just can’t say enough good things . Thank you to Ivanela for being such a wonderful host!
