This stay was fine, but I wish it had been amazing. It had the makings but just didn’t quite fully deliver. The beautifully photographed fireplace in the main living area was not able to be used and this was not communicated at all beforehand or on the website. The owners took the gas key and placed a penny in the slot to block it from being lit. This was very disappointing and could have been avoided with an honest heads up that the indoor fireplace was unusable prior to or at booking. Farhoosh was easy to communicate with during booking and kindly shifted our stay dates as well, but I had to ask for entry instructions the day of and that made me a bit uneasy. The place is spacious, but some luxurious and expected touches were missing - just little things like a full size kitchen hand towel, hand soap for the kitchen, soap in the bathrooms. It could have been a dynamite experience but just lacked the finesse. Also food delivery is not easy to get out there so we spent more time than expected driving to and from good restaurants for food. It’s not the worst stay I’ve ever had, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Our stay was okay. A few aspects were positive, however much of it was not. The good things about our stay - The size of the home was fantastic. Tons of space. Great for hosting a few family and friends we had not seen in some time. The location was great for our purpose. Close proximity to Parker & Arapahoe as well as Southlands for shopping, restaurants etc. The check in super easy. The not so great things about our stay - First was cleanliness. The house was not clean. When we first walked in there was a mop bucket with dirty mop water in the middle of the room. Two of the couches had pieces of chips, crumbs, and sticky stuff all over them. We got approval in advance for a small family and friends gathering. So we moved some things around to make room. Every table we moved was disgusting underneath like they had never been moved or cleaned under in a while. The glass dining room table looked gross and had fingerprints and food smears. We ended up cleaning it. There’s was soap in the, but only an old gross sponge so we bought a new sponge. There was an old lime in the fridge just cut open on a shelf. All the trash bins on the side of the house were completely full as if the trash hadn’t been taken out in over a week or two. There was no hand soap in the only bathroom on the first floor or the master bathroom. We didn’t use the showers because the shower doors and floor were disgusting and looked like they had not been cleaned at all. The beds had small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which seemed like a nice touch. Until you realize they were half full and had clearly been reused multiple times. The second major thing was the broken couches. We went to move one large couch and found the front leg on the side and middle leg for support were broken off and wouldn’t stay upright. Upon reading some other reviews we saw the couch had already been broken before we got there and mentioned in a review. Yet it was never fixed. It was two different couches that had broken legs. I’m so glad we realized before we sat on them and us or our family visiting got injured falling through the entire couch. When we contacted the host about it he seemed to know about it and said it wasn’t our fault. But this was never fixed before our arrival. The host didn’t seem concerned that someone could sit on a couch and it could collapse at anytime. He suggested we just take all the couch legs off and put the couch on the floor. We elected not to use the broken furniture at all. The third and final major issue that really diminished our overall stay was the communication about our service animal. While Airbnb doesn’t require it, I made the host aware our service animal would be with us for our visit. My husband requires a trained service animal. The host immediately said he would have to charge us a $450 cleaning fee because his children would get extremely sick if any cats or dogs were in the house. Then said he could cancel our reservation less than 48 hours before our stay. I told him that legally he could not charge us to have a service animal. I had to contact customer support to get the issue resolved which is absurd. I couldn’t believe the response we received from the host. Airbnb support shouldn’t have needed to make him aware of the legal obligations of an Airbnb host. Then upon check in the instructions said “pets were not allowed and if there were any pets there would be a $250 pet cleaning fee.” So he was trying to charge us double the fee for our service animal! Which upset us even more so when we saw how dirty the house was. However, you could tell by staying at the Airbnb that the host didn’t live here regularly. So it was just a lie about his kids to scam us to not bringing our legally allowed ADA service animal. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and never had this issue before. One last note - I really wouldn’t consider this a “family friendly” place. The carpets are all cream colored and there are white faux fur rugs all over the place. Literally in every single room including the kids room with bunk beds. All the large tables are glass. It was just me and my husband so not a problem, but we wouldn’t suggest bringing a large family if there were kids. Also, the parking situation wasn’t the best if you’re going to have more than 3 cars. There’s no garage access and you can’t park on the street you have to find parking in the few spaces around the community. Overall, not the best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had, I would say read the reviews and prepare yourself before you choose to stay here.

This house had many things needed to fix as in a broken white couch, Wi-Fi that doesn’t work, coffee machine doesn’t work, stove, oven and had stained carpets.

Upon first entry, this home amazed us. Everything was freshly cleaned and neat. There are also tv’s in every room with Netflix, which is a nice added touch. Communicating with Farhoosh was very easy and his response time was quick. We needed a few more towels during our stay, and Farhoosh provided them within the hour. He went the extra mile for us! I would 10/10 recommend this home and Farhoosh for your stays.
