A wonderful stay - from Vasiliy meeting me at the apartment at 5pm on a Saturday to let me in, to a perfect location - walkable to SO much, yet just far enough from the bustle of Old Town. Go outside, take a left, you're at the Marina in under 10 minutes. Take a right and you're in Old Town square in the same time. Walk 3 minutes to the Supermarket - or to Indian Ocean (restaurant), the actual ocean, Kim's or Merlin's Bar, Iguana Café, Sugar Rabbit, O Penedo, Teni's, Solgamba, and many more. The place itself was spotless and sleek - as pictured. It is down two flights of curving stairs which could be a little challenging. I wish the chairs at the table had high backs to double as a sort of workstation (super fast wifi, btw). There is no oven (stovetop, yes) which I missed during my 28 days, but all the descriptions were accurate, so these aren't really complaints. Say hello to Henry, the well-looked after neighborhood dog - who sleeps on the curb outside and accepts his food gifts.

Egy hónapot voltam Vasiliy-nél. A szállás megfelelt a leírásnak és a fotóknak. Nagyon tetszett a terasz, hova reggelente ki tudtam ülni kávézni. Egész nap sütött a nap, világos volt az egész lakás. A konyha jól felszerelt, a fürdőszoba nagyon új, az internet tökéletesen működött. Könnyű megtalálni, egyszerű bejutni. Nekem nagyon fontos, hogy egy szálláson, ahol sok időt töltök, otthonos legyen, ezt itt teljes mértékben megkaptam. Közel a belváros, éttermek, bárok. A közelben van egy szupermarket, kávézó. Nincs messze gyógyszertár, nagyobb üzletek sem. Parkolni a közelben tudtam a bérelt autómmal, ezzel sem volt gond. Összességében bármikor visszatérnék ide, mert semmivel nem volt problémám. ☺️

Schönes, sauberes Appartment, das etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums liegt und deshalb relativ ruhig ist. Zwischendurch hörte man die Renovierungsarbeiten in einem der oberen Stockwerke. Ein Lebensmittelladen war direkt um die Ecke und das Zentrum mit diversen Restaurants sowie der Strand waren gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir konnten für unser Mietauto jeweils relativ leicht einen Parkplatz finden. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Had a lovely week at this place. Recommend to everyone. Comfortable and cosy with a kitchen full of utensils for cooking, washing and cleaning. Toilet had shampoo, soap, great running hot water and other toiletries you may find useful. Host gave extremely precise information for check-in and had a leaflet full of recommendations that will help you get around the city. PERFECT

Apartment was beautifully appointed and in a very peaceful area despite being so close to a lively town. Only slight negative is potential noise from neighbours. Had a phone alarm going off at 6.45 nearly every morning and door slamming shut. Also regularly heard table and chairs moving upstairs. That being said it was still a peaceful and enjoyable visit
