Everything amazing - all the outdoor decks, huge kitchen and great room … house our five kids plus my sister and I each had our own big master. Short walk to beach, pool and little walkable downtown town with shops. Dolphins in the morning and state park hikes 30 minutes away. Local seafood every night. All around fantastic. We’ll be back !

Overall great home! There was an issue with the a/c at the time of check in but the cleaning crew had reported it right away and the maintenance crew was there already fixing it! The maintenance man was proactive and also had their service company follow up with us with 24hrs! The house was beautiful and a very short walk to the ocean, a bit further from the pool. The code we were given did not work to get into the pool but neighbors were able to help us out! The restaurants in Windmark were great and convenient , only wish there were more options!!! Would stay again!! House is spacious, great finishes and beautifully designed, fantastic for our large family!!

This home was perfect for two families with several kids. We had plenty of space and we were a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and fun. The home was well furnished and clean. Loved that there were two living spaces… one for the adults and one for kids. We did have a few struggles… we had to ask for the pool code several times before we were given one that worked, the tv was missing in the master bedroom even though the tv mount was there, and the fan in the master bedroom was loose and made a very loud noise which was problematic at night. Overall, the minor issues we could deal with since this place offered a ton of space for the price. The proximity to Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas cannot be beat… we look forward to staying again!

Great beach community! The home was beautiful and spacious! Our party of 5 had plenty of room to spread out.
